Warranty Policy

HairStylistOutlet.com will stand behind their products and provide customers with warranty services if any problem occurs within the warranty period beginning from the date of purchase on the invoice.

Some products will indicate "Manufacturer's Warranty". Customers will be required to contact the manufacturer for the warranty services.

Warranty will not apply to normal wear and tear, modification, disassembled or repaired, subjected to abuse, misuse, negligence or accident.

Steps to when submitting for warranty replacement:

  1. Email us with invoice # and tracking # of your warranty package
  2. Print out a copy of your original purchase invoice
  3. Note down on the back of the invoice the problem to claim warranty
  4. Attach invoice within the shipment package
  5. Ship to Return Address - note: For US customers, declare and mark the package as "Returned goods", otherwise there will be extra Canadian tax and duty.

Warranty verification will be made within 5 to 7 days of us receiving the package. The product will be repaired or exchanged for the same model; if we no longer carry the product that requires replacement, we will provide you will a similar, suitable alternative product.

Please use Canada Post or United States Postal Service traceable shipping method with tracking #. Please contact the carrier if shipment is lost or damaged. We will contact you by email once the warranty package has been received.
