Return Policy

At HairStylistOutlet.com, our goal is to ensure that you are completely 100% satisfied with your purchases. Please examine your product thoroughly prior to opening factory sealed product packaging. If you are not satisfied with your purchases, you may exchange or return your product within 30 days of purchase date on invoice. After 30 days, all sales are final.

All exchange or return products must be returned in original packaging and condition. This also includes all free promotional items, manuals, accessories, and warranty card.

All shipping costs are non-refundable. If shipping costs were discounted or free, it will be deducted from total purchase amount.

All specially marked clearance items are not exchangeable or non-refundable

All brushes, heat protectant, styling product, shampoo and conditioner are non-refundable due to hygienic reasons

Steps to when submitting for exchange/return:

  1. Email us with invoice # and tracking # of your warranty package
  2. Print out a copy of your original purchase invoice
  3. Note down on the back of the invoice the problem to claim warranty
  4. Attach invoice within the shipment package
  5. Ship to Return Address - note: For US customers, declare and mark the package as "Returned goods", otherwise there will be extra Canadian tax and duty.

Please use Canada Post or United States Postal Service traceable and insured shipping method with tracking #. Please contact the carrier if shipment is lost or damaged. We will contact you by email once the exchange/return package has been received.

During returns, the credit will be made within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving and verifying the returned merchandise. Note: In the event the returned purchases have missing items, the order may be refused, or the value of missing materials may be deducted from the total credit amount.

Undeliverable purchase

If your package is undeliverable due to incorrect address, a PO box or hotel address, failed delivery attempts, refused to pay duty/tax, or parcel refused by recipient, customer will responsible for original shipping and return shipping cost, and any other additional charges.
